Victory Motorcycles in 2017 with hopes for 2020
In 2017, after they achieved a 2nd place podium position at the Isle of Man TT with the Victory RR, becoming the 2nd and 3rd fastest motorcycles to climb Pikes Peak with the Empulse RR and Project 156, accomplishing a circumnavigation of the globe in record time with Urs “Grizzly” Pedraita and his Victory Cross Country Tour, and setting a Guinness World Record burnout with Joe “Vertical” Dryden aboard an Octane, America’s most innovative and aggressive motorcycle manufacturer was geared up for more market share with the most powerful year ever after redefining what an America V-twin motorcycle should be. After that year the news to focus on the Indian and stop production of the Victory models shocked us all. Hopefully our thoughts of the Indian Performance line using the Victory power plant and styling will come true in 2020 but maybe thats too soon but what a company that would be. Covering the Classic Indian Motorcycle design and and the Performance Victory under one roof with the nostalgic American Motorcycle Indian name established since 1901! That would be an amazing combination!
